Prior authorization is required for any product returns. The return number must be noted on the package and all returns must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
All returns will be inspected for damage and credit will be issued against the original price listed on your invoice, minus a restocking fee. An additional 5% fee will be added to the restocking fee of any items returned without prior authorization.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RETURNS OVER 30 DAYS
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns made after 30 days are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will incur a 50% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PARTS
If your order is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately. Any returns due to an incorrect order must be reported within 10 days — returns after this time will require prior authorization and will be subject to the standard restocking fee.
ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED
The following items may not be returned:
- Manuals, literature, special or customer-ordered items
- Hardware (nuts, bolts, washers)
- Electronics (shifters, solenoids, modules)
- Items purchased more than 30 days prior (case-by-case)
- Items with a net value of less than $10.00
