Prior authorization is required for any product returns. The return number must be noted on the package and all returns must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

All returns will be inspected for damage and credit will be issued against the original price listed on your invoice, minus a restocking fee. An additional 5% fee will be added to the restocking fee of any items returned without prior authorization.

*Special order parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All other manufacturer returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
